The Ministry of Health acknowledges the support and assistance of the HIV and AIDS sector stakeholders in preparing this report.
The initial phase involved circulation of the specific civil society questions and a consensus process for the civil society organisations to reach an agreement based on the majority view. Accordingly, there was not always total agreement among civil society on some answers.
The use of the online ‘Country Viewer’ level of access was used for stakeholder peer review of the draft answered online Annexes and for obtaining any final comments.
The process of finalising this Country Progress report involved both internal Ministry of Health peer review and external stakeholder peer review.
