It utilises data from the MSD administrative databases to provide high level descriptive information about how TIA is being targeted to clients, how TIA is being used by recipients and the outcomes achieved by recipients.

Phase Two
This second phase report provides information about the operation of the TIA and uses administrative data to estimate the impact of TIA-assisted training on the outcomes of participants. The evaluation findings suggest that the TIA makes education achievable for DPB participants and they consequently spend less time on the benefit, although some barriers remain.
